The tax credit is no longer enticing new home buyers and summer preparations are keeping people busy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Homes under $300K continue to find Buyers and Investors looking for those bank owned properties or properties in need of rehab.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;New construction is sluggish and prices are soft.
